I am proud to say that ART ADAMS was my friend. My first student of the game, Art & I shared some time talking about poker & life. Art was a great guy, he held his head high when things did not go his way. He had ups & downs but never did he really let them get to him. He was gruff & loud & never relented on anyone when he got going. He had enemies on the felt & in life, but who does'nt? Art will be missed & I cannot even to this moment really grasp that my friend has left this earthly plain. I keep waiting for that old crusty SOB to come rollin in & tell me how he will beat me no matter what. The SLAM all in with the stare & dare to call him. I admit it I MISS the guy, Enjoy life folks & do as much as you can. Art was 50 & I don't believe he was done with what was a crazy life. I only wish that I could have had 1 more time to play poker with my friend. I know that no matter what, everytime I pony up to a poker table I will be thinking about ART & I hope he has now become a POKER god becasue I know I will suk out alot more with him on my side.
